Our Services

 

1. Analysis and Consulting

Discussing every detail with our client, we come up with a mutual agenda containing:

  • Company profile and goals,
  • Description of the vacant position,
  • Job profile and demands of the candidates.

2. Systematic Search and Pre-Selection

In conjunction with the client, we produce a target list with an extensive number of organisations in which we are going to analyse fitting departments. Suitable candidates are interviewed extensively on the phone as part of the pre-selection.

 
3. Selection of candidates

During the next phase, candidates showing interest are examined in a face-to-face interview. Apart from their CV and communication skills, we establish whether they have the necessary professional skills and experiences for the position. We also take into account their individual motivation for the move. In conjunction with the candidate profile, we select the most suitable candidates (usually two to three).

 

4. Presentation

The client receives a detailed confidential exposé of each candidate including personal data, education, professional experiences and a commented character information as well as personal motivation and goals. In the end, we offer our recommendations.
 

5. Conclusion and Review

If required, we act as consultants during the contract negotiations. We do not believe that our assignment is over when the contract is signed. After the beginning of the new job we act as an adviser to both parties in order to secure an effective induction phase and the long-term success of our recruiting services.
